About Kathryn

“Hi! I’m Kathryn, a psychotherapist that specializes and works exclusively with preschoolers to teenagers & those that love them. I founded Building Blocks Therapy after working with children for over a decade and wanting to create a safe space for children and their families that provided inclusive support all in one space. At Building Blocks Therapy everyone in the family matters and has a space for themselves.

As a mother myself, I saw first hand how difficult navigating the mental health space is while trying to help your child, and thought - there has to be an easier way.”
